I don't like games.

I’m a software engineer. I don’t like card games. I don’t like board games. I don’t like video games.*

My company has some bonding events like board game night. My team sometimes plays Codenames together. I wish we could just talk instead. I don’t know, draw topics out of a hat instead of real thinking over fake things in fake scenarios.

I’m a ton of fun over the pandemic when I keep declining Among Us or Gartic. I’m sorry!! I just don’t like it. I’ll tolerate maybe half an hour if I’m really serious about keeping a good impression.
